Milla Rhode Return & Refund Policy
Because every artwork by Milla Rhode is custom commissioned, made-to-order, and uniquely personalized with the buyer's name, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
European Union & International Consumer Laws
Under European Union, UK, and international distance selling laws, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal (the "cooling-off period") does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Because every piece in this shop is a custom commission tailored to you, all purchases are exempt from standard return laws and cannot be refunded for a change of mind.
Damages and Transit Issues
We take great care in packaging your artwork, but we want to ensure it arrives safely. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your artwork is damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect order, please contact us immediately at hi@millarhode.com.

If a replacement or refund is approved due to courier damage, we will notify you and automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
